Service and city pages that rank and get calls
One page for every service you sell, in every city you serve, written for the buyer and readable by the AI. A one-page we-do-it-all website cannot rank for anything, cannot convert anyone and gives an AI nothing to quote. Buyers search for a specific service in a specific place, so every search worth winning gets its own page.
Why pages win twice
One page per search. That is the whole trick.
A dedicated page catches the classic searches the map pack cannot reach, and it gives the AI a plain paragraph to quote when a buyer asks. One asset, two places to be found.
Who it is for
Who this is for, and who it is not for.
- Your website has one page that says "we do it all".
- You sell several services and serve several cities, and only your home city brings calls.
- Buyers ask you the same questions on every call, and nothing on your site answers them.
- You want pages you own, on your own domain.
- Anyone who wants hundreds of find-and-replace city pages for places they do not work. That is doorway spam, and Google penalises it.
- Residential-only companies.
- Sites on a platform that will not let us add real pages. We fix that first with a site you own.
Structure
One service page, its city pages, and the guides beside it.
Pages are built as a structure: one page per service carrying the detail, city pages under it catching local searches, and guide pages answering the questions buyers ask before they are ready to call. Linked to each other, so a crawler or an AI can walk your whole offering in three clicks.
Anatomy
What a page that ranks, and converts, contains.
Two readers, one page. The buyer skims it and calls. The machine parses it and quotes it. That is why every page we ship reads like straight talk, not brochure copy.
The service
What is included.
- ✓Search mapping — every service × city combination worth winning, ranked by commercial value, not by vanity volume
- ✓Service pages — one deep page per service line, written from an hour with someone who knows the work
- ✓City pages that are not spam — only where you genuinely work, each with local proof, not find-and-replace templates
- ✓Guide pages — the "repair or replace?" questions buyers ask before they are ready, answered honestly
- ✓Conversion layout — call-first, a short quote form, mobile first, fast
- ✓Structured data — Service, FAQ and LocalBusiness markup on every page (the machine-readable layer)
- ✓Internal links — service to city to guide and back, so strength reaches the pages that bring calls
- ✓You own all of it — your domain, your site, your content. If we ever part ways, everything stays yours
How it works
How it works, week by week.
List the searches
Every service × city worth winning, who ranks for each today, which to take first. You sign off the list.
Ship the service pages
The core service pages written, built and live, with markup and photos.
Fill in the structure
City pages for where you actually work, guide pages for the questions buyers ask first.
Add and improve
New pages as you add cities and services; existing pages updated with new jobs and reviews.
What it costs
Pricing follows the audit.
What this costs depends on your market, how many cities you serve and which services you take. We do not publish a price list and we do not quote before we have looked. The free visibility audit comes first; it shows what needs doing, and the quote follows from that. Ask about pricing through the same form.
Straight answers
Questions owners actually ask.
How many pages do we need?
One per service you sell and one per city that produces jobs. For most contractors that is between ten and forty pages, built over a few months, starting with the ones worth the most.
Will city pages get us penalised?
Not the way we build them. Each city page has local proof: jobs you did there, buildings you serve, customers from that city. Pages for places you do not work are the ones that get penalised, and we do not build those.
Who writes the pages?
We do, from an hour with someone who knows the work and the photos your crews take. You check every page before it goes live.
Can these pages go on our existing site?
Usually, yes. If your site is on a platform that will not allow real pages, we fix that first with a site you own.
How long until a new page ranks?
Weeks for searches with little competition, months for the big ones. Pages keep working for years once they rank, which is the point.
Free · No obligation
See which searches you are invisible for.
The audit includes your search map: every service × city combination in your market, who ranks for each today, and which ones are worth taking first. Most companies discover they are absent from half their own service lines.
